Description
It is the intent of the South Carolina Department of Education (SCDE) to solicit pricing for captioning services. The SCDE often conducts recorded webinars & training as well as feature promotional and informational videos for its many stakeholders. These video and audio components require transcripts, closed captioning and searchable metadata to meet accessibility requirements. This contract is a one-year contract with options to renew.
