Description
The intent of these specifications is to solicit sealed bids from qualified firms to establish a contract for the construction of a new approximately 400-square-foot conditioned security vestibule at Oglethorpe Charter School, located adjacent to the existing school and administrative office entrances. Work includes, but is not limited to, exterior storefront glazing and entrance systems, flooring and ceiling finishes, mechanical and electrified door-locking hardware, lighting, power, HVAC systems, and all related construction activities necessary for a complete and operational installation. The project also includes the installation of a new interior storefront glass partition separating the administrative office lobby from the administrative office area.
