UW Medicine is seeking to establish a contract with a qualified & experienced Bidder to provide: consultative services, remote patient monitoring technology, services and relevant interfaces, service providers, information technology, staffing, logistics coordination, & care delivery in support of UW Medicine’s Acute Hospital Care at Home (AHCH) program in compliance w/ the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS ) Acute Hospital Care at Home requirements.
