Description
The Wisconsin Department of Health Services (DHS), Division of Quality Assurance (DQA) is seeking proposals for monitoring services and intends to use the results of this process to award multiple contracts. Contracting with a Vendor will allow DHS to meet federal and state regulations for Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF). An SNF is a healthcare facility that provides twenty-four (24)-hour medical care and support to individuals who require skilled nursing services.
