Solicitation Number: N/A (Market Research Only - THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AT THIS TIME) Requirement Title: Geomembrane Covers Notice Type: Request for Information / Sources Sought Response by Date: September 17, 2026 Requisition Number: RFISS-182 Synopsis: The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division (NUWC), Keyport is issuing this sources sought notice as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having the resources, interest, and capability to provide the Geomembrane Covers in accordance with the [ ] attached drawings and/or [X] statement of work. This request for capability information does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP); submission of any information in response to this announcement is purely voluntary and the Government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred.
