Solicitation Number: N/A (Market Research Only - THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AT THIS TIME) Requirement Title: Undersea Submergence Buoy Notice Type: Request for Information / Sources Sought Response by Date: September 18, 2026 Requisition Number: RFISS-180 Synopsis: The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division (NUWC), Keyport is issuing this sources sought notice as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having the resources, interest, and capability to provide the Undersea Submergence Buoy in accordance with the [X] attached drawings and/or [ ] statement of work. This request for capability information does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP); submission of any information in response to this announcement is purely voluntary and the Government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred. Please complete the attached �Questionnaire for Industry� Word document and return it via email to michelle.a.farrales.civ@us.navy.mil no later than September 18, 2026. Attachment includes drawing numbers: RFISS-180_1845687_Rev_AS_NSEDR. DO NOT INCLUDE ANY CLASSIFIED, CONTROLLED UNCLASSIFIED, OR ARMS EXPORT CONTROLLED DOCUMENTS OR INFORMATION IN YOUR RESPONSE.
