In partnership with the Public Works Department, this Request for Proposal (RFP) for the 1014 Warehouse Construction Project is being issued by Anaheim Public Utilities (APU) to the Most Responsive Bidder. The Work includes all grading, utility, and construction of a new warehouse located at 1014 E. South St., Anaheim, CA, 92805. The original building on this parcel has already been demolished. Demo now includes all asphalt and concrete.
