This notice serves as the formal Request for Proposal (RFP) from the Army Contracting Command, Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG) Natick Division for a single award construction contract for the Building 45 DPW Repair Renovation. This building is located at the U.S. Army Natick Soldier Systems Center (NSSC), 10 General Greene Ave, Natick, MA 01760. The estimated magnitude is between $2,500,000.00 and $3,000,000.00. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 236220, Commercial and Institutional Building Construction, with a small business size standard of $45M. A site visit will be held on Wednesday 26 August 2026 at 0900 EST.
