OSPI seeks a consultant to serve as Review Officer for Admissions and Professional Conduct Advisory Committee (APCAC) meetings. APCAC, which meets twice yearly, advises the Superintendent and the Professional Educator Standards Board (PESB) on matters related to good moral character, personal fitness, and unprofessional conduct regarding education practitioners.
