The purpose of this Unsealed Invitation for Bid (UIFB) is to solicit bids from qualified vendors for the spot purchase of TWR Lighting Spare Parts to be delivered FOB destination to the Virginia State Police located at Virginia State Police VSP Headquarters located 7700 Midlothian Turnpike, Richmond, VA 23235. The award will be made on a grand total basis. (see award clause for further information).
