The purpose of this Invitation for Bids (IFB) is to seek competitive bids from qualified vendors to establish an Agency Specific Contract to provide Brand Specific HVAC units to use at the NC Highway Patrol’s Voice Interoperability Plan for Emergency Responders (VIPER) Project Towers throughout the state.
