GLOVER - REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) The Town of Glover, VT is requesting proposals from qualified, insured contractors with relevant experience in guardrail upgrades. Glover received the Small Scale Local Highway Safety Improvement Program (HISIP) Grant for upgrades to potentially 12 road sites. Proposals will be assessed by relevant experience and cost-effectiveness.
