Sealed Bids for the construction of the Replacement of Bridge No. 169018 – Butts Road Over Peake Brook will be received by the Town of Woodstock, at the Office of the First Selectman: Woodstock Town Hall, 415 Route 169, Woodstock, CT 06281, until 1:00 PM local time on Thursday, December 17, 2026, after which time no further bids will be accepted. Bids received will be publicly opened and read at the Selectmen’s Meeting on Thursday, December 17, 2026 at 6:00 PM. The Project consists of replacing the existing bridge with a 20-foot span, precast concrete box culvert and associated utility and roadway improvements. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a Lump Sum basis as indicated in the Bid Form. The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is: CHA, 400 Capitol Boulevard, Rocky Hill, CT 06067. Prospective Bidders may obtain copies of the Bidding Documents from the Issuing Office.
