It is the intent of the City of North Port (hereinafter referred to as “City”) to secure the services of a professional, licensed, and qualified Contractor capable of performing habitat restoration and education requested activities as described within this bid document. These specifications are intended to provide the information by which prospective bidders may understand the minimum requirements of the City of North Port relative to entering into a contract to furnish habitat restoration and educational signage services within the boundaries of the City of North Port.
