<p><span style="color:rgb(34, 34, 34)">The City of Carlsbad is seeking a qualified contractor to provide all equipment, labor, materials, tools, services, transportation, permits, utilities, and all other items necessary to complete the construction of the following, as specified and shown in the Construction Documents: </span>Sewer manhole rehabilitation including internal inspection, cleaning, wall and bench repairs, structural rehabilitation and lining, replacement of manhole frames and covers, concrete pad installation, and incidental services.</p> <p></p>
