<p><span style="color:rgb(34, 34, 34)">The City of Carlsbad is seeking a qualified contractor to provide all</span> equipment, labor, materials, tools, services, transportation, permits, utilities, and all other items necessary to complete the construction of the following, as specified and shown in the Construction Documents: Installation of a guardrail system along the western edge of sidewalk along Paseo Del Norte, southwest of the intersection with Camino Del Las Ondas. In addition to the guardrail system installation, work will include identifying, protecting, and relocating below ground electrical street lighting and reclaimed water utilities, removal and replacement of existing landscaping and irrigation system.</p> <p></p>
