<p>The City of Moreno Valley is seeking a consultant to design a permit-ready ~20,000 sq ft office and warehouse/garage facility at the Corporate Yard, as well as related parking and storage areas, and a security perimeter, including an access gate and security block wall. The consultant will provide full multidisciplinary design (architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, lighting, communications, fire protection, civil, landscaping, stormwater/WQMP/hydrology studies as needed, geotechnical engineering/soils report as needed, and surveying/utility locating as needed, permit submission and review, and construction administration support), ensure code compliance, and incorporate future-ready features like EV infrastructure, solar, and battery backup. The scope also includes site improvements with new fleet parking lots and construction support services to help deliver the project successfully.</p><p> </p> <p><span style="color: rgb(26, 26, 26)">The bidder is solely responsible for the on-time submission of their electronic bid. The City will only consider bids that have been transmitted successfully and have been issued an ebid confirmation number with a time stamp from the Bid Management System indicating that the bid was submitted successfully. Transmission of bids by any other means will not be accepted.
