<p>The remodel of the existing restrooms at the Corporate Yard (located at 1600 East Commercial Row).</p><p>The work will also include the demolition of plumbing fixtures, walls, floors, and appurtenances within the existing restroom, locker room, and an office space; the removal, lockers, and replacement of the</p><p>lockers; and the remodel of the restrooms with new walls, suspended ceilings, plumbing fixtures and</p><p>piping, HVAC ducts and appurtenances, and electrical wiring, lighting, and appurtenances.</p> <p>Proposals via PlanetBids will be received until 2:00 P.M. Local Time on Thursday, October 1, 2026, for</p><p>Contract Number E100232. A virtual meeting for opening of bids will be held at 2:15 P.M. Local time.
