This Pre-Solicitation for the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV), WS3A - DL/ID Mainframe Services, Data & Integration (Migration RFP) Modernization Solution will extend and enhance the Department of Motor Vehicles¿ existing Salesforce-based cloud infrastructure, which already supports multiple programs including Occupational Licensing, Disabled Person Placard, Vehicle Registration, and the Driver License/Identification Pilot. The solution will build upon and reuse these proven enterprise components rather than replace them, ensuring architectural consistency, data alignment, and long-term maintainability. The system will incorporate COTS or custom-developed capabilities that integrate seamlessly with the DMV¿s existing Salesforce and MuleSoft platforms, and it will be architected to support future modernization, comply with enterprise standards, and meet all functional and non-functional requirements.
