Description: Enterprise Data Pipeline Modernization and Data Consumption Services Purpose and Disclaimer. The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) is issuing this Sources Sought Synopsis for market research purposes to identify capable sources and obtain industry information that will assist the Government in refining its acquisition strategy for Enterprise Data Pipeline Modernization and Data Consumption Services. The Government seeks information regarding commercial availability, capable sources, small business and socioeconomic capabilities, existing contract vehicles, customary commercial practices, and recommendations that may improve competition, performance outcomes, and acquisition efficiency. A Draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) is attached to this Sources Sought Notice and provides additional information regarding the Government's contemplated requirements. The Draft PWS is provided solely for market research and planning purposes and remains subject to change based on market research results and the Government's evolving requirements. There is no solicitation at this time. This notice is not a Request for Proposal (RFP), Request for Quotation (RFQ), Invitation for Bid, or commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation or make an award. Responses are voluntary and will not be considered proposals. The Government will not reimburse respondents for costs incurred in preparing or submitting a response.
