The purpose of this Request for Proposals is to solicit proposals from qualified Offerors to establish a term contract through competitive negotiations to provide barware products for resale in Authority retail stores. These goods are for the Virginia Alcoholic Beverage Control Authority Retail stores located throughout the State of Virginia.
