The Capital Region Airport Commission invites proposals for the development and operation of food, beverage, and retail concessions at Richmond International Airport under RFP 27-1005.Package 1 â Culinary Collection includes five food and beverage premises operated as one coordinated collection.Package 2 â Marketplace Collection includes six premises comprising four retail destinations and two cafés.Package 3 â National Brand Partnership Collection includes a nationally branded burger and breakfast quick-service restaurant operated by a qualified small-business Prime Concessionaire with required Brand Sponsor support and guarantee.Offerors shall review the Common RFP, applicable Package Guides, attachments, sample leases, exhibits, and all issued Addenda for complete requirements and submission instructions.Nonmandatory Pre-Proposal Conference: November 12, 2026, from 2:30 to 3:30 p.m. EST.Optional Site Tour: November 13, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. EST. Advance registration is required.Written Questions Due: December 17, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. EST.Proposals Due: February 2, 2027, at 4:00 p.m. EST.
