The city of Las Vegas is seeking a developer for approximately 11 acres in the heart of downtown Las Vegas. This is a once-in-a-generation opportunity at the center of one of the most recognized entertainment destinations in Las Vegas. The site is within walking distance of the Fremont Street Experience, the Mob Museum, Container Park and East Fremont, with Symphony Park and the 18b Arts District just minutes away.
