Description
The City of Las Vegas (“Owner”) hereby invites interested persons or organizations, qualified as a general contractor (“Applicants”), to submit written Proposals for the performance of Job Order Contracting Services per NRS 338.156. The Owner shall award a Job Order Contract (Contract) to one or more of the Applicants based on the factors and weight specified in the Scope of Work.
