Renovation of approximately 1,991 SF of open shell area of BS741 into one laboratory and two tissue culture rooms. Work includes new wood doors, metal door frames, gypsum board walls, acoustical ceilings, sheet flooring, finishes, and associated mechanical, electrical, and plumbing.
