Interior renovation of 9,800 sf area of Bldg. 1000 located on our Myrtle Beach campus. We will be relocating and expanding lab and teaching spaces for our Dental, Radiology, and Sonography programs. Renovations will include demolition. electrical, plumbing and mechanical work. Firm must have experience with SC State CM-R process and medical science building design.
