In accordance with Section 1-13 of the Concession Rules of the City of New York, the New York City Department of Parks and Recreation (Parks) intends to issue a significant Request for Proposals (RFP) for the renovation, operation, and maintenance of an amusement park at 1824 Shore Parkway, Brooklyn. There will be a recommended remote proposer meeting on Tuesday, September 1, 2026, at 12:00 pm. If you are considering responding to this RFP, please make every effort to attend this recommended remote proposer meeting. All proposals submitted in response to this RFP must be submitted no later than Friday, October 2, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. Hard copies of the RFP can be obtained at no cost, by contacting Lindsay Schott, Senior Project Manager at (212)360-3405 or at lindsay.schott@parks.nyc.gov, commencing August 21, 2026, through October 2, 2026, between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., excluding weekends and Holidays, at the Concessions Division of the New York City Department of Parks and Recreation, which is located at 830 Fifth Avenue, Room 407, New York, NY 10065.
