<p>The purpose of this Request for Information (RFI) is to gather detailed information from qualified vendors regarding available modern Transit Management Software solutions. The City of Fresno intends to use the information obtained through this RFI to:</p><p>• Improve its understanding of modern capabilities, system architecture options, and best practices in transit management technologies.</p><p>• Identify potential features, modules, and integration approaches that align with FAX’s operational requirements and strategic goals.</p><p>• Assess market availability, maturity, and vendor experience to inform future procurement planning.</p><p>• Determine estimated costs, implementation timelines, and support models associated with current solutions.</p> <p></p>
