Description
The City of Santa Fe, New Mexico (City), is seeking proposals from qualified firms with experience in airport security operations, regulatory compliance, and security coordination to provide on-call Airport Security Coordinator assistance for the Santa Fe Regional Airport. The selected firm will provide professional support and guidance on an as-needed basis to assist the Airport with various security-related tasks, projects, administrative duties, and operational requirements as assigned by the Airport. Services may include assisting with the review, development, implementation, and maintenance of airport security procedures, security plans, records management, compliance documentation, audits, inspections, and other duties related to applicable Transportation Security Administration (TSA) requirements and airport security regulations. The selected firm may also assist with preparing for TSA inspections, responding to security-related findings, tracking corrective actions, maintaining required security records, and ensuring that applicable documentation is properly organized and up to date. The selected firm shall be available to provide support based on the Airport’s changing needs, priorities, and requests. Assignments may vary in scope, duration, and complexity and may include short-term tasks, individual projects, ongoing administrative support, or assistance with time-sensitive security matters. The firm shall coordinate closely with Airport management, the designated Airport Security Coordinator, Airport staff, TSA representatives, and other authorized agencies or stakeholders, as directed by the City. The purpose of this contract is to provide the Santa Fe Regional Airport with access to qualified airport security professionals who can supplement existing staff, assist with day-to-day security coordination responsibilities, and provide specialized knowledge when needed.
