The winning bidder will be notified via email on September 9th, 2026 and will also be required to agree to the following considerations: • The erm of the purchase price will begin as soon as awarded through June 30, 2027 • Payment Schedule: o Invoiced monthly, payment on 30 day terms. The bidder certifies that the prices in this offer have been arrived at independently, without consultation, communication or agreement, for the purpose of restricting competition, as to any matter relating to such prices with any other bidder or with any competitor. The prices, which have been quoted in this offer, have not been and will not be knowingly disclosed by the bidder prior to the opening of the bids. No attempt has been made or will be made by the bidder to induce a person or firm to submit or not submit a bid for the purpose of restricting competition.
