Ft. (ABOA): 1,950 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 2,150 Space Type: Warehouse, Office Parking Spaces (Total): 3 Parking Spaces (Surface): 3 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 0 Full Term: Up to 240 Months Firm Term: Up to 120 Months Additional Requirements: 20,000 Ware Yard Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced is not required. Offered space shall not be in the 1-percent-annual chance floodplain (formerly referred to as �100-year� floodplain).
