South: Corner of 650 and 198 west to East Gude Drive to Crabs Branch Way to Indianola DR west to Frederick Road (355) to the Corner of Highway 27 Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 3,600 Maximum Sq. Ft. The space offered, its location, and its surrounding areas must be compatible with the Government�s intended use. The space offered shall not be located within 300-feet of residential areas.
