Description This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products and commercial services prepared in accordance with the format Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.202, Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Products and Commercial Services, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as an RFQ. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2026-01. This solicitation is set-aside for service-disabled veteran owned small business. All interested companies shall provide quotations for the following: Supplies/Services PHYSICAL CHARACTERISTICS: Equipment must have physical characteristics to enable the government to perform the capabilities: Stealth Midas MR8 Drills: Must operate up to 75,000 RPM for efficient bone and biomaterial removal Must be Ergonomic and Lightweight handpieces to reduce fatigue and improve control during long procedures Must have reduce vibration and chatter to deliver a smoother cutting and better precision Must operate at lower temperature to minimize tissue and instrument heat damage Must have streamlined attachments profiles and adjustable tools to enhance surgical site visualization.
