Competition Approach: Other than Full and Open Competition, RFO FAR 6.103-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. Description of Requirement: The Defense Health Agency (DHA) intends to procure a firm-fixed-price (FFP) contract for non-personal services to provide Instrument Management and Maintenance Services at U.S. Navy Medicine Readiness and Training Command (USNMRTC) Guantanamo Bay, Cuba. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, transportation, and supervision necessary to perform periodic preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, and repairs for approximately 159 surgical, medical, and dental instrument trays. The contractor will also be responsible for replacing non-serviceable equipment and performing on-location repairs. The attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) provides full details.
