Owner: Suwannee River Water Management District County/State: Suwannee County, Florida Section/Township/Range: Parts of Sections 22 & 27 T 5 South, R 13 East Acreage (approximate): 96 acres Timber Type and Age: 1989 Planted Slash Pine Type of Harvest: This sale is a clearcut of all merchantable timber in the harvest area boundary. The DISTRICT PROJECT MANAGER will routinely assess the timber harvest to ensure the objectives are being met. Access and Boundaries: The timber sale area can be inspected at the bidder's convenience between October 13 and October 21, 2026. Quota hunts are occurring outside of these dates. The property can be accessed from County Road 349 in southern Suwannee County, Florida. Harvest boundaries utilize road, firebreak or natural stand changes as shown on the attached map.
