The City of Savannah will receive Request for Proposals through the Procurement and Contract Division¿s supplier portal no later than 1:30 PM on Tuesday, November 24, 2026. Only proposals submitted through the Supplier Portal at www.savannahga.gov/bids will be accepted. A Microsoft Teams meeting has been scheduled for 11:00 AM on Tuesday, November 17, 2026. The meeting will provide an opportunity for bidders to ask questions and seek clarification regarding the solicitation. You are invited to attend. Proposals must be on the Board of Purchase Proposal Forms to be considered. The Board of Purchase reserves the right to reject any and all Proposals and to waive formalities.
