Description
The City is seeking a consultant team to help Rancho Cordova use the Safe System Approach to improve how the City makes transportation safety decisions, prioritizes investments, develops projects, and measures progress over time. The City has intentionally provided as much space in this RFP for the Consultant to recommend the best approach, based on their expertise. The City strives to be a leader in traffic safety, and views this effort as a critical opportunity. The City is simultaneously procuring consultant services for its Traffic Safety Action Plan (TSAP) and Complete Streets Implementation Guide. Consultants may submit proposals for either or both procurements. Where a consultant team is shortlisted for both projects, the City anticipates conducting a combined interview addressing both assignments. Each procurement will remain independently evaluated, scored, ranked, negotiated, and awarded.
