RFI ONLY - The Virginia Department of Motor Vehicles, DMV is issuing this Request for Information, RFI to learn about available technologies, services and operating models that could improve the efficiency, customer experience and on going administration of Virginiaâs existing Mileage Choice Program.DMV is interested in innovative, reliable and cost-conscious, turnkey approaches, including available products, services, implementation methods and estimated lifecycle cost factors. Information received may help DMV define its needs and determine whether a future competitive procurement is appropriate.The RFI is for information and planning purposes only. It is not a request for proposals, a solicitation or a commitment to procure. DMV will not make an award or select, rank or prequalify vendors through the RFI.Responding or not responding will not determine a vendorâs eligibility to participate in a future procurement. Respondents are responsible for their own costs.
