Description
The purpose of this Request for Proposals is to solicit sealed proposals from qualified Offerors to provide an automobile insurance shopping access solution through Virginia Department of Motor Vehicles aka DMV digital channels. The solution shall provide a customer-facing Click to Action capability that enables DMV customers to conveniently access automobile insurance shopping and comparison services from DMV designated digital channels through a Contractor operated environment. DMV seeks a secure, user-friendly, reliable, and technically compatible solution that minimizes the technical and operational burden on DMV while providing customers with convenient access to automobile insurance shopping resources. The resulting contract will establish the requirements for implementation, operation, support, security, customer experience, reporting, and any associated financial or compensation model.
