Oakland Park Blvd.) and State Road 869 (Sawgrass Expressway (Toll)); North: eastward on State Road 816 to Florida Turnpike; East: southward on Florida Turnpike (Toll) to State Road 818; South: westward on State Road 818 (Griffin Road) to I-75; West: northward on I-75, continuing northward on State Road 869; End: Intersection of State Road 869 and State Road 816. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 11,645 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 11,645 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 9 Parking Spaces (Surface): 9 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 9 Full Term (months): 120 Firm Term (months): 36 Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: N/A Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is/is not] required. Offered space shall not be in the 1-percent-annual chance floodplain (formerly referred to as �100-years" floodplain).
