U.S. GOVERNMENT - NOTICE OF LEASE REQUIREMENT The General Services Administration (GSA) is seeking expressions of interest from owners and authorized representatives of properties meeting the following requirements: State: Virginia City: Stafford Delineated Area: North: Start at the corner of Poplar Road and Mountain View Road to Joshua Road. Follow Joshua Road going East to Garrisonville Road. North on Garrisonville Road to Aquia Creek. Follow Aquia Creek going East until it connects with US-1. East: US-1 South to Ramoth Church Road. South: Ramoth Church Road to Kellogg Mill Road to Poplar Road. West: Poplar Road North to Mountain View Road. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 18,000 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 18,000 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): Local Code Parking Spaces (Surface): Local Code Parking Spaces (Structured): N/A Parking Spaces (Reserved): N/A Full Term: Ten (10) Years Firm Term: Five (5) Years Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: Reference Project Number: 3VA0712 Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 1-percent-annual chance floodplain (formerly referred to as �100-year� floodplain). Entities are advised to familiarize themselves with the telecommunications prohibitions outlined under Section 889 of the FY19 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR).
