Description
Purpose : The Winchester Economic Development Authority (EDA) is soliciting proposals from qualified Design-Build Contractors to provide Phase 1 design, site feasibility, code and zoning review, constructability analysis, preliminary cost estimating, utility coordination, and preconstruction services for the proposed development of a two-family residential structure at 305 East Piccadilly Street in Winchester, Virginia. This Request for Proposal (RFP), plus the resulting agreement, shall be consistent with, and governed by the Act, the Virginia Public Procurement Act (VPPA). Term of Contract : The original contract term shall be one (1) year from date of award. The City reserves the right to cancel and terminate this Contract, without penalty, upon ten (10) days written notice to contractor.
