The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit proposals from qualified architectural and engineering firms to provide professional services for the design of a combined Town Office and Public Safety Facility for the Town of Woodstock, Virginia. The Town intends to select a firm through a qualifications-based selection process and to negotiate a multi-phase services agreement with the most qualified respondent.
