NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS Cape Girardeau County, Missouri is accepting Request for Proposals for the following: RFP #04-04NOV2026 Health Benefits Plan TPA For Third Party Administrator Services Sealed proposals endorsed “RFP#04-04NOV2026 Health Benefits Plan TPA” will be accepted until 10:30 A.M. CST on Wednesday, November 4, 2026, by the County Commission at the Office of the County Clerk, 100 Court St., Ste. 301, Jackson, MO 63755, and at that time opened and the name of the Offerors read publicly in the County Commission Chambers. Fax or Email responses will not be accepted. Optional Electronic Submission of Sealed bids are accepted on the county bid portal: Visit https://capecountybids.ionwave.net/ to register to submit a sealed bid electronically. USPS and/or In-Person Submission of Sealed bid Location/Address: Office of County Clerk, 1908 Courthouse, 100 Court Street, Ste. 301, Jackson, MO 63755. The County reserves the right, at its discretion, to reject any or all proposals or parts thereof. The County reserves the right to waive defects or informalities, to negotiate with Offeror’s and to accept the proposal deemed to be in the best interest of the County.
