It does not constitute a solicitation and responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. Participation is voluntary and a response is not required to compete in any potential future solicitation. However, responses to this notice may influence the Government�s development of a future requirement and future acquisition strategy (e.g. set-aside, full and open competition). Respondents will not be notified of the results of this market research effort. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with responding to this Sources Sought Notice. 1. Agency and Location Federal Bureau of Prisons (FBOP) Federal Correctional Complex (FCC) Oakdale 1507 East Whatley Road, Oakdale, LA 71463 2. Purpose FCC Oakdale seeks to identify capable contractors able to furnish and deliver air?cooled chillers, centrifugal pumps, and provide manufacturer?certified start?up services. Installation will be performed by FCC Oakdale HVAC staff. 3. Required Equipment and Salient Characteristics All equipment must be new, meet all Federal, State, and local codes, and conform to the salient characteristics below.
