<p>The work under these Special Provisions consists of improvements at Tahoe Tallac Park in Sacramento at 7501 San Joaquin St. The improvements include installing a scorer table and storage container, skinning the ball fields, repairing irrigation, renovating turf on field 3, installing ADA parking lot signs, and a plant establishment period. Irrigation and turf modifications, and a turf establishment period. Additive alternates include removal and replacement of an existing trench drain system.</p> <p></p>
