<p>The work described in these Special Provisions consists of the removal and</p><p>replacement of the restroom at Warren Park, located at 160 45th Street in</p><p>Sacramento. The project includes demolishing the existing restroom building and the</p><p>associated concrete flatwork. Additional improvements include grading and</p><p>preparing the pad/subgrade for the new restroom building; installing sewer, water,</p><p>and electrical connections; coordinating the new restroom building installation with</p><p>the Public Restroom Co.; placing aggregate base and new concrete flatwork around</p><p>the new restroom; and constructing a 12” mow band. The work also includes</p><p>providing a portable restroom and handwashing station for public use during the</p><p>construction period and relocating existing turf rotors, turf sodding, and a 30-day</p><p>landscape maintenance for the new turf.</p> <p></p>
