IFB C26950008 - CA Citrus SHP - Refuse Disposal Service Contract Contractor agrees to provide to the Department of Parks and Recreation (DPR) Refuse Disposal Services as described herein: Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, fees, tools and equipment necessary to haul and dispose refuse from California Citrus State Historic Park; locations listed below: 1879 Jackson Street, Riverside CA 92504 9400 Dufferin Street, Riverside CA 92503 There is NO Mandatory pre-bid site inspection for this project. Instead Exhibit B, Attachment II will be made available for prospective bidders to view the site. Instructions to Download Bid Package: Prospective bidders may examine and obtain the bid forms, specifications, plans and addenda (if any) by downloading this bid package from this website. Questions and Answers: Any discrepancies, omissions, ambiguities, or conflicts in or among the contract documents or doubts as to meaning shall be brought to the State's attention by emailing your questions to IEDcontracts@parks.ca.gov by close of business on November 05, 2026. Answers will be provided by Addendum on this website, and it is the responsibility of the bidders to download any addendum as needed. Participation in Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise Program (DVBE): The DVBE Participation Requirement for this solicitation has been waived l however the DVBE Incentive still applies. There is no minimum DVBE participation requirement for this solicitation. Small Business Preference and Small Business Subcontractor Participation: A five percent (5%) Small Business Preference will be granted to properly certified small businesses (a completed STD 811 Form must be submitted with the bid proposal).
