Amendment A00003 (8/28/2026): The purpose of this amendment is to offer an additional non-mandatory site visit at MKE. TSA intends to offer this site visit on 9/1/2026 at 10:00 AM local MKE time. Quoters are required to register for the site visit by submitting an email no later than 2:00 PM local Washington D.C. time on 8/31/2026 to stephen.saraceno@tsa.dhs.gov and michael.capovilla@tsa.dhs.gov. No more than two (2) participants from each Quoter will be permitted to attend. The Government will confirm your registration and provide site access instructions. This site visit is not mandatory to submit a quote but encouraged. The due date and time for the submission of quotes is hereby extended to 12:00 PM local Washington D.C. time on 9/8/2026. All other terms and conditions of the solicitation remains unchanged and in full force and effect. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Amendment A00002 (8/18/2026): The purpose of this amendment is to make the site visit non-mandatory to submit a quote. TSA is providing site photos (see Attachment 4) in order to help interested Industry Partners to prepare their quotes. TSA intends to provide another optional site visit, but requests that interested Industry Partners confirm their intent to bid on this procurement. Should TSA receive sufficient interest, then additional details will be provide regarding another optional site visit. If TSA does not receive sufficient interest, then TSA may cancel this reprocurement and repost on the Unison Marketplace. TSA requests that interested Industry Partners confirm their intend to bid on this procurement by 12:00 PM local Washington D.C. time on 8/20/2026 to michael.capovilla@tsa.dhs.gov and stephen.saraceno@tsa.dhs.gov.
