Description
The City of Edinburg (COE) Department of Solid Waste Management , hereinafter referred to as the "City," is soliciting sealed bids from highly qualified and experienced entities for the comprehensive processing and marketing of recyclable electronic waste. The selected Respondent shall be responsible for the secure receiving, sorting, processing, storing, marketing, selling, and transporting of e-waste collected from: The City’s Drop-Off Center; The Commercial Recycling Collection Program; and The Office Recycling Programs. The primary objective is to ensure environmentally responsible disposal and the guaranteed permanent destruction of all sensitive data in strict accordance with the standards set forth in this Bid.
